Online shopping can be hard and challenging for everyone due to different body shapes and sizes. We want our customers to feel beautiful and confident in what they wear. We want to be a business that will always prioritize our customers.
FULLY KNOWN CLOTHING WILL PROCESS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 10 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.
*Jewelry, shoes or any sensitive items (such as bramis/hats/beanies/bralettes) that are marked "FINAL SALE" will not be accepted in this policy. If we are sent any FINAL SALE products, it will be returned at the customers expense.*

with your name, order number and email so we can easily find your order.
You will be sent an email when your product is in the return/exchange process. Only then will we exchange an item if it is available. We have a store front where our products are tracked differently, so if your item is not available we will do a full refund for that one item.
